Can't get tickets! Tried so many times on both Safari and Firefox! anybody else having troubles?

When it's See/gigsandtours that are involved, there's always going to be problems. Their web-site is rubbish. I just wish that Geffen wouldn't use them!

We had no problems - got front row tickets at 9am!

yea i got on there at like 8:59 and all i could get was Q13 in the stalls, which isn't bad but i would like to be closer!! i got the seat fine, but then when i tried to buy another seat, the site stopped working. it's really annoying, the site says that tickets go on sale tomorrow. i think the link from here was a pre-sale which must have lasted like all of 5 minutes lol. so i dunno. i'm fine with my seat, but if i can get closer i'm gonna try!

Have been trying for 2 HOURS and every time I go through to the order stage I type all my details and it comes back with an error. I've phoned them & they say they're only available on-line. Any tips anyone I think I'm going mad......!!!!!

What a shambles, tried getting tickets until I felt ill....only offered seats on row W at 8.59am and was told to try on the 17th for better ones. Oh yeah, on the phone again to seetickets/gigs and tours/ticketmaster and still only offered seats from row T !!!! That was from 8.55am, when I asked Seetickets how the hell could these be only the seats available, the agent said they had all been on sale since yesterday and it wasnt a presale!! What???!!!! I continued to moan that I spoke to 6 or 7 agents throughout the day to check, (remembering last times palava...in fact everytime I have booked) and was told tickets were definetly NOT on sale until 9am this morning.......she said she didnt know why any agent would say that, as they HAD been sold throughout the last 24 hours!!!! Sending me demented!!!!! Why does it always have to be CHAOS!!!!!!

i swear that seetickets thing is probably the worst i've ever seen! i saw they had a seat in F10!! so i try to get it and then the error thing happened to me too! so i go through the cycle of looking for a seat, then rejecting the crap ones, over and over. the same ones kept coming back eventually! and at ticketmaster, each time i re-tried they kept offering me P25!! what on earth is going on??????? i don't understand why they are making it so complicated! nobody who works at these places seems to be saying the same thing at all! it's a mystery how i even got a ticket in the first place!

I only found out about the new date from a mail from See. Doesn't this site alert Members? Had the same problems with See as everyone else (it held out N row tickets then said I'd spent too long - next offer was row W) so ended up getting Row T on Ticketmaster. Saw Rufus in Brighton - he was Sooooo good - he is extremely talented. Looking forward to 31/10!!
