Rufus Wainwright

It gets me goin' in the mornin'. Not really but I still like it in all it's bizarre, preposterous glory. Especially when he performs it live!

this is the only rufus song that i skip. i just dont like it. i guess its too unstructured or something.

I skipped it too at first, but seeing Rufus perform it live, dancing insanely to it, soon changed my mind! Now I can't listen to it without dancing round the room like an idiot. Anyone else know what I mean?

... but my attitude changed to it after I SAW what Antony looked like. It is wrong to be judgmental and base your enjoyment of a track on the appearance of the performer, but when I could visualise him the sound made sense! *rolls eyes* Before then the voice on the track sounded overblown and heavily-accented. I didn't like it at all at first. Seeing Rufus do the sand dance to it helped, as others have said. It was a wall of sound I couldn't hook into.

That said it is not in my list of favourites - it doesn't get ME going in the morning.

i love it love it love it!!id have to say that ther is very little of rufus' stuff i dont like!i love this song because it is soooo differnent!its completly unique in style, sound etc!xx

This song is amazing, bonkers but amazing.

don't you love the girls singing aaahaaahaahaaahaaahhhhhh and then the other girls or the same ones come in aahaahaahaahaaahaahaahhhhh over the top (actually that sums up the whole song)
