I really like this song, I just downloaded it (legally of course) cause I don't have it on my version of Want Two. I'm glad I ´ve got it now.

Well, reprise means encore. and Arletty was a french actress in the 30's and 40's most notably she was in Les Enfants du Paradis. and i believe she sang this song which was originally titled Ame de Parisienne but i think she changed it to Coeur de Parisienne when she sang it. at least this is what i've managed to cobble together from various french sites lol
