NEW FORUM: NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS?

I miss lots of stuff in this new forum:
1.- Favorite threads
2. Post reminders
3.-Message Box
4.- Search
5.- photo attachment facility
ETC.
I really can't follow-up all the messages and questions I post, so it's quite time-consuming and disappointing the way this new Forum works. Is it that I'm too slow? What other things do you miss?. The webmasters might consider our complaints and ideas if we post them.

yeah!

This forum should have the "My Forums" option. That way you'd see all threads that you replied.

can somebody tell me what the report bit is for?
i was replying to a post and clicked on report(why i don't know)and a little window popped up saying'thankyou your post has been sent to the moderators????
now why?and what are they going to do with it?????

Report option

When you see someone being so harsh on other fans or using inadequate vocabulary then you click on "report" and that way you're reporting that person to the mods. Then they'll ckeck and delete the thread or just ban the user.

thankyou so much for the info.i shall avoid it like the plague.unfortunately,i'm one of those people who are automatically drawn to things i shouldn't tamper with,i'll probably end up reporting myself now :)

It bugs me not being able to see which threads there are new posts on (and how many) since I last logged off... or what thread the last response was on... which used to be clear from the 'Main Index' page. [/end of moan]

Reall funny rubeee! Who would have to "report" someone here-it's kids "telling on each other".

There can be some strong-willed folks who might go too far and won't listen to others. That button might help them to wise-up and be more considerate to other posters *evil leer* Art

This is a total mess

It's so difficult to get the feedback on what you've posted... And at the same time you can see questions missplaced, repeated threads... We need a reminder-search-favourites panel as the old forum had. It's important for the survival of this board

Ironically the word blunderbuss comes to mind when I want to describe the practicality of the new board. What an opportunity the designers had to take the old board forwards! I do think starting everyone off afresh is a great idea though...just need more of them... ;)
