At this time we are unable to provide autographed pictures, merchandise or arrange to have an item signed by Rufus.

Due to Rufus's extremely busy schedule and very heavy travel schedule, he is unfortunately unable to accommodate specific meetings with his fans. We do hope you understand.

Sorry but we are unable to pass any items along to him. Also, due to the overwhelming amount of mail that Rufus receives, he is unable to personally respond to emails or letters due to the overwhelming amount of mail that he receives.

No membership is required to buy tickets on this site. To purchase tickets, head over to the Tickets category in our Store just before the designated presale start time. Once the presale has started, you will see a "Buy" button appear. Click it, add the desired number of tickets to your cart and check out.

Because individual venues handle accessible seating in different ways, we don't have a standard process for handling accessible seating requests. Sometimes we are able to handle accessible seating orders directly, and other times these requests must go through the box office directly. If you require accessible seating for a show, please contact us.

The exact location of the seats will be emailed to you within two-to-three weeks of your ticket purchase. Seats are assigned on a first-bought, first-assigned basis and the first orders placed will generally get the best seats. Your receipt will list the general section and rows of the seats.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate ticket returns and transfers.
