Join Rufus in The Recovery Project Event In NYC!
A&E Network is launching The Recovery Project to help raise national awareness that addiction is a treatable disease and recovery is possible. The Recovery Project --inspired by the incredible response to the Emmy-nominated documentary series Intervention -- strives to shed light on the scope of the addiction crisis, and its impact on society.
The Recovery Project kicks off on Saturday September 27th at 8:30am with a public celebration in New York City. Thousands of people will join together for a symbolic walk across the historic Brooklyn Bridge. The celebration continues in City Hall Park where Rufus will perform a special solo musical performance after the walk at approximately 11:15am.
